limited to State and Federal criminal defense and forfeiture matters. Defended cases
ranging from murder to large drug conspiracies. Have also defended law enforcement
officers in internal affairs investigations.

Managed small to medium size civil and criminal cases autonomously with varying degrees
of complexity. Coordinated discovery, selection of expert witnesses, and supervision
of legal assistants in a government contractor civil case with more than 150,000
document pages.
- 1983- 1986: Columbia Brokerage & Investments, Fort Worth,
Texas Represented area shopping center developers exclusively marketing their projects
from pre-leasing to post-construction.
- 1977-1979: Summers 1981, 1982, 1988 : Wampler, Wampler &
Catt, Law Offices, Springfield, Missouri. Interviewed trial witnesses and gathered
evidence for criminal cases. Prepared memoranda on various legal issues.
- Summer 1980: American Embassy, Bangkok, Thailand Refugee Section
- International Rescue Committee, Interviewed and screened Vietnamese and Cambodian
refugees for relocation in the United States. Administered screening through foreign
interpreters
